Meet the Staff
The staff at the Center for Facial & Oral Surgery are supremely committed and caring individuals. All of them have been with the practice for many years, some since its inception. Their dedication to patients, the profession, and the community is unsurpassed. From “front to back” they understand that patients who are undergoing surgical procedures, including their friends and loved ones, may naturally be apprehensive about the entire experience. Keeping this in mind, they strive through empathy, warmth, and education to put the patient and their loved ones at ease regarding their care. In addition to various other certifications that they possess, all of the surgical assistants are certified as such, and every staff member in the office is CPR (cardio-pulmonary resuscitation) certified.

Dr. Nail has been married since 1985 to the former Heather Kennedy and has three children, Chad, Brooke, and Andrew. He strives to live by the philosophy “I Am Third”, derived from the mantra “My God is First, my Family is Second, and I am Third.
